To Group Columns and Aggregate Column Information

  1. Open the Reports dialog (Drawing > Analyze > Reports).
  2. Select Groups and Aggregates in the desired report definition.
  3. Select the Add/Remove drop-down menu.

    The selected columns will display in the Group By section.

  4. Select the Add rule button. As you click Add it will sequentially add columns with pre-filled rules.

  5. Select the desired columns from the columns drop-down menu.
  6. In the Sum drop-down menu, select the desired method.
  7. Select Preview results in the Reports dialog.
