Rotate Raster

Used to rotate an image.

Setting	Description
Method	Sets the method used to rotate. Active Rotate — the raster is rotated by the angle value, which can be keyed in or selected. 2 Points Rotate — the angle of rotation is defined by entering two data points. 3 Points Rotate — the angle of rotation is defined by three data points.
