Using the Element Selection tool, select the image you want to move or choose the image from the list in the Raster Manager dialog (Drawing > Attach > Raster > Raster Manager dialog launcherView > Home > Primary > Attach Tools).
In the Raster Manager dialog, select the Transform Raster tool.
Select the Anchor Point tool and select a point on the image's contour to fix the anchor position for the scale operation.
Select the Scale tool.
Enter a data point to define the point about which the image is scaled.
Enter a second data point to define scaling factors.
