Select the Rotate Raster tool (Drawing > Attach > Raster).
Enter a data point to define the pivot point.
Do one of the following:
If Method is set to Active Rotate, enter the desired angle value. The arrows will increase or decrease by 90 degrees at a time.
If Method is set to 2 Points Rotate, enter a data point to define the angle of the rotation. If Method is set to 2 Points Rotate, the raster is rotated.
If Method is set to 3 Points Rotate, enter a data point to define the start of the rotation. Repeat to rotate the raster again.
Enter a data point to define the angle of the rotation.
