From the dialog's Properties menu, choose Adjust Colors. The Adjust Colors dialog opens. If necessary, select Adjustment Factor. Adjust the Value and Saturation until the colors display at the appropriate brightness. Optional: Click Apply to check the brightness in a view displaying the reference. Click OK.
