Point list Linear Features can contain points with different features whereas Dynamic Linear Features contain points of the same feature. Many times it is advantageous to manipulate a linear feature by the points that make up that linear feature. Thus, the command to convert a dynamic linear feature to a Point List Linear Feature exists.
