Create Transition Context Sensitive Menu

Once a transition has been created, commonly used tools can be accessed via the Context Sensitive menu.

	Tool	Description
	Properties	Pop-up display includes Interval, two Template Names that comprise the transition, and Station range.
	Edit Transition	Initiates the Edit Transition tool, which opens the edit transition dialog displaying the current transition.
	Delete	Deletes the template drop.
