Pathway

The Pathway section of the Site Layout tab is a collection of tools to create and manage Driveways, Sidewalks and Driveway connections. The Driveway and Sidewalk tools allow you to quickly place parametric conceptual objects that are optimized into the site grading. You can then customize the objects by editing the properties to achieve a conceptual design goal. As you finalize your concepts and move on through the actual design process, the Driveway connection tool will help you transition from conceptual grading to design models.

Setting	Description
Driveway	Creates a linear element with properties that control its material and grading characteristics. As you click to place the object, points with radius properties are created. These points act as intersections of tangent sides or PI's. This makes it easy to place the Driveways then edit the point and side properties to model your concept without complicated design settings.
Driveway Connection	Helps with transition from conceptual grading to design models.
