Lane Striping
The Modify lane striping tool edits the lane striping for a section of the road.
From the Display marking tools , select the Modify stripe marking tool.
Tool Settings
Once selected, the Modify lane striping settings dialog displays. Clicking on the Pattern opens the Modify lane striping dialog from which to select a pattern to use.

To Modify lane striping
The ESC keyboard key will cancel the command at any time during the modification.
Road marking patterns repeat broken lines based on the number of lanes contained in the road template.
Heads up Display dialog
When using the Modify lane striping tool, the heads-up display dialog appears and displays the Start and the End Station.
Editing Lane Striping
When selecting the Lane Marking, the road can be selected instead. In order to switch between the road and the lane marking selection, right-click on the segment until the marking is selected, then accept the selection with a left-click. Use the arrow manipulators to move the lane marking, or press the Delete key to remove the selected marking.
Edit properties
It is also possible to edit the marking properties from the Information panel.

The system assigns this property by default at creation time. However, the user can change this property anytime to help identify objects. Changing this property will not change the road geometry. |
Status |
Determines the life cycle of an object. It can be either Proposed, Existing or Construction. The Proposed status will determine if the object is used in the cost and quantities calculation. Changing this property will not change the bridge geometry. |
Marking Pattern |
Displays the pattern type. |
Start Station |
Displays the start station value relative to the reference alignment. |
Stop Station |
Displays the stop station value relative to the reference alignment. |
Stop Line at Start |
Used to define if a stop line must be added at the start station of the marking. |
Stop Line at End |
Used to define if a stop line must be added at the stop station of the marking. |
