CAD Element

Any CAD elements created in a Multi Profile Model will be stored in that specific model. In a case where geometry "A" is the primary and CAD elements are added to that model. Those CAD elements won't be visible if changing to a different Primary. By changing Primary, a different model will be displayed in that View, and CAD elements stored in that model will be shown
