Remove Features

Used to remove 3D elements from a terrain which were added by Add Features or Create from Elements.

You can access this tool from the following:

  • Ribbon: Terrain > Edit > Feature Management split button

This tool removes 3D elements from a terrain which were added by Add Features or Create from Elements. The elements can be placed in a selection set prior to starting the tool, or can be selected individually within the tool.

  1. Create a selection set with the elements to be removed.

  2. Start the tool.

  3. Specify a terrain model for which elements are to be removed.

  4. Accept to remove the elements. The terrain is updated to reflect the removed elements.

Workflow - Without Predefined Selection Set

  1. Start the command.

  2. Specify a terrain model for which elements are to be removed.

  3. Select the elements to be removed. Multiple selections are supported, Reset when all elements are selected.

  4. Accept to remove the elements. The terrain is updated to reflect the removed elements.
