Place a Parcel Block

Parcel Block tool creates a polygon area that acts like a parent parcel that can be subdivided automatically using a Parcel Divider.

1. Select the Parcel Block icon from the Parceling section of the Site Layout tab.
2. Select Method and Feature Definition from the Place Parcel Block dialog or from the context menu at the cursor.
3. Datapoint(left click) to accept the selection.

   

   Or set value in the context menu at the cursor.

   

   Placement Method	Description
   Pick Points	Left click to define corners of polygon
   Pick Shape	Pick existing polygon
   Fill Flood	Left click to choose area closed by elements

4. Draw the desired shape for the parceling area. Reset(right click) when finished.

   

   Note: One continuous parcel is created. The Parcel Block does not interact with Driveways. Can be divided by Parcel Divider.
