Place a Parceling Area

  1. Select the Parceling Area icon from the Parceling section of the Site Layout tab.
  2. Select Method and Feature Definition from the Place Parceling Area dialog or from the context menu at the cursor.
  3. Datapoint (left click) to accept the selection.

    Or set value in the context menu at the cursor.

    Placement Method

    Description

    Pick Points

    Left click to define corners of polygon

    Pick Shape

    Pick existing polygon

    Fill Flood

    Left click to choose area closed by elements

  4. Draw the desired shape for the parceling area. Reset(right click) when finished.
  5. Layout Driveways as per project requirements. Parcels are create using default settings.
