Add Options To Hand Format Annotations

A new format has been added to represent the hand of curves. Instead of CW or CCW text, any other characters can be added to the text field.

This applies to Arc and Spirals in the Plan and Arc and Parabolas in the Profile.

The following text fields are updated for the same:

1. Plan Annotation
   1. Arc - Arc Hand
   2. Spiral - Spiral Hand
2. Profile Annotation
   1. Arc - Arc Hand
   2. Parabola- Parabola Hand
