To Select or Flag Gaps Between Elements

  1. In the Design File Cleanup dialog?s General tab, set Process View to search the desired view.
  2. Select the Gaps tab.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • To display elements involved in creating gaps as selected, set Action to Select.
    • To mark the endpoints of elements involved in creating gaps, set Action to Flag.
  4. In the Element Types list box, select the elements to be included in the search.
  5. (Optional, if Action is set to Flag) To change the flag attributes, adjust the settings in the Gap Flag Symbology section.
  6. Optional: Narrow your search by turning on any of the attributes in the Match section.
  7. Optional: In the Gaps Smaller Than field, adjust the default value of 0.1000.
  8. Optional: In the Gaps Larger Than field, adjust the default value of 0.0010.
  9. Optional: Turn off Ignore Coincident Ends.
  10. Click Apply.
