This function adds segments to a selected edge to define the edge's range.

By definition, edges do not have segment definition. When first used, create one segment before the selected station and one segment after the selected station.

Option to place the segment from the Start or End of the Edge.

Segment Distance along edge

The length of the segment.

Name

Name of segment.
