You can access this dialog from the following:

• Ribbon: OpenRail Modeling > Rail > Regression.

Creates vertical geometry using left and right rail elevations.

Vertical regression analysis should be done on the proper horizontal alignment that is created with horizontal regression tools. This command is used for projecting rail vertical alignments onto this final horizontal geometry. This vertical geometry is then used for vertical regression analysis.
