This function creates a topological model from the selected geometry.

When the user selects the geometry, the geometry is inspected automatically for other connected geometries both forward and backward directions. Connected geometries are determined using turnout and crossing connections.

Note: To create a correct topology, all the branching should have turnout object and all the geometry crossings should have a crossing object .
