This functionality allows users to convert specs to catalogs without opening them in OpenPlant Specification Generator.

The following dialog displays:

By default the dialog opens to the default Specs dialog for the active WorkSet. If you have specs stored in a different directory, you can navigate to them and select the spec to convert.

Once a spec is selected, click Open.

The following dialog displays where you can select a name and location of the catalog the spec is to be converted to:

By default, it will open to the default location where the WorkSpace catalogs are stored.

Enter a name for the catalog and click Save.

When the conversion process is completed the following message dialog displays:
