This Catalog Description Builder dialog lists the Field Names that currently have custom field descriptions along with the current definition of that field. To edit the definition of an existing Field Name, select the field in the Catalog Editor and either click the Description Builder icon, or select right-click > Description Builder from the context menu.

Note: If you right click in a Column Header, the Description Builder will list all of the fields in the active catalog.
