This option lets the user permanently delete all of the items in the recycle bin.

Accessed from:

Configuration Ribbon > Edit Tools Group

When this option is used, the items previously removed to the recycle bin will be permanently deleted. Items in the recycle bin have been removed from the Project Administrator's Navigation Tree, however, their file structure is still in place. The Empty option permanently removes the items (Workspace or Worksets) from the users machine.
