Selection

	Element Selection Used to select and deselect elements for modification or manipulation. The set of selected elements is called the selection set.
	Select All Selects all elements in the design.
	Select None Deselects all elements in the design.
	Select By Attributes Used to select elements based on specified criteria.
	Lock Locks selected elements. The attributes and location of a locked element cannot be changed. Locking is useful for preventing accidental element manipulation. If you try to manipulate a locked element, OpenPlant PID beeps to alert you that the element is locked.
	Unlock Unlocks selected locked elements. Each unlocked element can be manipulated.
	Bring to Front Brings the selected element to the front of the view display.
	Place Fence Used to place a fence.
	Modify Fence Used to move a fence or modify one of its vertices.
	Manipulate Fence Contents Used to move, copy, rotate, mirror, scale, or stretch fence contents, which are defined by a fence and (except for stretching) the Fence (Selection) Mode.
	Delete Fence Contents Used to delete the fence contents.
	Drop Fence Contents Used to break up the contents in a fence into their components.
	Copy/Move Fence Contents to New File Used to copy or move the contents of the active fence to a new DGN or DWG file.
	Named Boundaries Used to manage named boundaries and named boundary groups.
	Cut Used to cut selected elements to clipboard.
	Copy Used to copy selected elements to clipboard.
	Paste Used to paste elements from clipboard.
	Paste Special Used to select the data type and open the Paste OLE dialog where a special display format can be applied to the contents of the Clipboard.

Collaboration

	Create WorkSet Used to create a new WorkSet. Note: Available only when the active DGN is opened in No WorkSet mode.
	Assign Project to WorkSet Used to assign a Project to a WorkSet. Note: Available only when the active DGN is associated with a WorkSet but is not assigned a Project.
	Sync to iTwin Used to synchronize changes made in a DGN to an iModel on the iModelHub. This tool launches the iTwin Synchronizer desktop application which is a cloud-based design collaboration tool. Note: Enabled only when the active DGN is associated with a WorkSet and a ProjectWise Project.
	Attach iModel Used to attach an iModel as a reference in a DGN. Note: Enabled only when the active DGN is associated with a WorkSet and a ProjectWise Project.
	Create Issue Used to create and manage Issues. An Issue is a concern associated with an item documented using OpenPlant PID. Note: Enabled only when the active DGN is associated with a WorkSet and a ProjectWise Project.
	Manage Issues Used to view and manage punch list items. A punch list item is an issue associated with an item documented using OpenPlant PID or Bentley Navigator (desktop or mobile).
	Open iTwin Opens the iModle in the iModelHub. Note: Enabled only when the active DGN is associated with a WorkSet and a ProjectWiseProject.
	Project Portal Opens the Projects page on the Connect Portal. Note: Enabled only when the active DGN is associated with a WorkSet and a ProjectWise Project.

Clash Detection

	Clash Detection Allows you to identify sets of elements to be used for the detection of physical clashes and clearance problems between the elements. Also used to review, track, manage, group and save clashes.
	Previous Clash In the view window, displays the previous clash.
	Next Clash In the view window, displays the next clash.

Markup Tools

	Place Label Used to place labels.
	Place Note Used to place lines of text with a leader line and arrow, or a callout without a leader.
	Cloud By Points Used to place a revision cloud.
