To Place an Inline Equipment

Follow these steps to place an inline equipment.
  1. Select an inline equipment from Inline Equipments taskbar. (Example: Steam Trap, Blank Plate)
  2. Pick a point in the drawing for the inline equipment, or enter the coordinates for the insertion point.
    The component is placed in the drawing.
  3. Enter the mirror point by picking a point either to the right or left of the inline equipment applicable for some equipment, for example Blank Plate.
    The Properties dialog opens.
  4. Define the Tag Number for the inline equipment, or accept the default number.
  5. In the Properties section, define the property values for the inline equipment.
  6. Press OK.
  7. Next either:
    • Pick a point in the drawing to place the tag number annotation for the inline equipment.
    • Right-click to complete the placement and terminate the command.
