To Capture the Entire Screen
In the Screen Capture dialog, click Capture Screen or key in CAPTURE SCREEN.
Tip: If CAPTURE SCREEN is assigned to a function key, it can be activated by pressing the assigned function key. Using CAPTURE SCREEN, you can document the exact state of the product during a particular operation. This is the only way to make screen shots of pull-down menus and modal dialogs. The pointer determines which screen is captured if more than one monitor is used, but it is not included in the image captured.
