To Promote .bmr Macro to Python

  1. Open the Macros dialog. (Drawing > Utilities > Select Editor dialog launcher).
  2. Click Open a macro from a specified location dialog.

  3. In the Open dialog, navigate to the folder that contains the .bmr file and select Done.
    The macro is listed in the Macros dialog.
  4. In the Macros dialog, select the macro and click Promote macro to Python.
    The .py file is created and stored in the same location where the .bmr file is located.
