To Distribute the Columns of a Table

  1. Select multiple columns in a table.
  2. In the Table Tools Layout contextual tab, in the Cell Size group, select Distribute Columns.

    The width of the selected columns is distributed equally.

Note: The width of the columns is adjusted without changing the overall size of the table.
