To Import a Report Definition

  1. In the Drawing workflow, on the Analyze tab, in the Reports group, click Reports.

    The Reports dialog opens.

  2. In the Reports dialog, select File > Import.

    The Import Report Definitions dialog opens.

  3. Navigate to the DGN or DGNLib file that contains the report definition that you want to import and click Open.
