To Export a Report to Excel Workbook or .csv File

  1. In the Drawing workflow, on the Analyze tab, in the Reports group, click Reports.

    The Reports dialog opens.

  2. In the Reports dialog, select the desired report definition.
  3. Click Export Results.

    The Save As dialog opens.

  4. In the Save as type drop-down, select the desired output format.
  5. Browse to the desired folder where you want to save the report and click OK.
