To Add or Edit Text in a Table

  1. Do one of the following:
    • Double-click the cell in which you want to add or edit text.
    • Right-click the cell and select Edit text.
    • Select the cell and press Enter.
    • Select the Edit text tool ( Drawing > Annotate > Text > Edit Text ) and then select the cell in the table.

    The Text Editor window opens.

  2. Add or edit text in the Text Editor window.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • Enter a data point.
    • Press Ctrl+Enter.
