To Dimension an Element

Select the Element Dimensioning tool ( Drawing > Annotate > Dimensioning ).
Select the element to be dimensioned.
Set the mode to Dimension Element.
Enter a data point to define the extension line length and position the dimension.

Note: Use the Show Sign for Zero property to turn on the display for sign symbol (+/-) when dimension tolerance is zero. The Show Sign for Zero property can be enabled from Drawing > Annotate > Dimensioning dialog launcher. To place a dimension with a leader, select Manual in the Location setting.
