To Distribute the Rows of a Table

  1. Select multiple rows in a table.
  2. In the Table Tools > Layout contextual tab, in the Cell Size group, select Distribute Rows.

    The height of the selected rows is distributed equally.

Note: The height of the rows is adjusted without changing the overall size of the table.
