To Insert Favorite Text

  1. Select the Place Text tool.
    The Text Editor window opens.
  2. Click the Insert Favorite icon.
    A window listing the different favorites displays.
  3. Optional: Enter the name of the favorite in the search field.
  4. Select the desired favorite.
    The selected favorite text is placed in Text Editor window.
  5. Enter a data point in the view window to insert the favorite text.
