To Change an Existing Pattern to the Current Settings

Select the Change Pattern tool ( Drawing > Annotate > Patterns ).

Select the existing pattern.

Enter a data point.

Note: You can define or change the current settings via the Pattern Area tool settings. The Pattern Area tool also lets you select a different pattern for an element that already has a pattern.
