Open to import the selected file.
Because sections are considered to be unique by
name. Any matching sections existing in the active dgn are updated with the
imported definitions. New section definitions are created in the active design
file if they did not exist previously.
All open section trees (such as in the placement
tools) are automatically updated with the imported sections.
Members that reference a particular section
maintain the reference to the section but they are not automatically updated.
Existing members use the new section definition if it is modified such as by
using the manipulators to change the length. New members use the new
definition.

Available Sections
|
Lists sections defined in the project dgnlib or
active dgn by category. A right click menu provides options to
Delete or
Rename selected sections.
Note: A section may
be deleted only if it is not referenced by another object in the model.
Sections are checked both for references by
IsmCurveMembers as well as references
from
"compound" sections such as a varying sections
or built up sections. If a section has references,
Delete is disabled. Renaming is permitted
even if a section is in use since the name is a cosmetic property. The
relationships are based on the EC instances so the name is not used.
