To Remove an Element from a Named Presentation

Select the Named Presentations tool (Drawing > Content > Named Presentations). The Named Presentations dialog opens.
Select the Set Element to Named Presentation icon.

The Set Named Presentation dialog opens.
Deselect any selected check boxes.
Select the element you wish to remove from named presentation.
Enter a data point to accept. The element is removed from any named presentation it was earlier added to.

Note: You can also remove the element from a named presentation in the Properties dialog by setting the corresponding Named Presentation to False.
