Distances
Sets the minimum distance and max area range:
Smallest Distance for Dimensioning
Sets the smallest length to be dimensioned. If the
distance to be dimensioned is smaller than this value, it will be added to the
next dimension.
Maximum Capture Area
Sets the maximum distance up to which a component
part is still assigned to the border area of a group. This influences the
arrangement of dimension chains at local dimensioning.
Diagonals
Settings for diagonal dimensioning range:
Angle for Recognition (Min/Max)
Set the minimum and maximum angle values
respectively, the shape must allowed to have towards main dimensioning
direction to be recognized as diagonal.
This option permits you to prevent that e.g. a roof
girder is dimensioned as diagonal.
Minimum Length for Recognition
Sets the minimum length the shape must have to be
recognized as diagonal.
Flat Steel not as Diagonals
When checked, the shapes of flat steel are not
recognized as diagonal and excluded from diagonal dimensioning.
You can thus prevent that e.g. a top chord of a
haunch is dimensioned as diagonal.
