Use this setup function for any miscellaneous device that has cable loss.

Enter Miscellaneous Device Specifications

1. From the spec menu, select Devices > Misc Devices > New Series.
2. The New Misc Series dialog box opens.

   

3. Enter a series Name and Mfg., manufacturer, then click Add.
   Note: Maximum of 6 series with a maximum of 20 models each.
4. The Misc Attributes dialog box opens.

   

5. Enter the model Name, Part #, and Cost.
6. Select the Cell to represent this device.
7. Enter Loss levels for each frequency.
8. Click Add to save a new entry or Update to update an existing misc device.
9. To define additional misc models, select New/Edit > New Model.
