Enter Two-Way Splitter Specifications

1. From the spec menu, select Devices > Splitters 2-Way > New Series.
2. The New 2-Way Split Series dialog box opens.

   

3. Enter a series Name and Mfg (manufacturer).
   Note: Maximum of 6 series with a maximum of 10 models each.
4. Select the type of splitter being used, either Standard or Internally in an amplifier.
5. Click Add when completed.
6. The 2-Way Splitter Attributes dialog box opens.

   

7. Enter the model Name, Part # and Cost.
8. Select the Cell to represent this device.
   Note: Enter the splitter models starting from the highest tap loss to the equal loss two-way splitter. Use leg 1 as the thru loss and leg 2 as the tap loss.
9. Enter Loss levels for each frequency on each legs.
10. Click Add to save a new entry or Update to update an existing 2-way splitter.
11. To define additional 2-way splitters, select New/Edit > New Model.
