Text options are automatically placed on the map to indicate miscellaneous information.

To Place Text

1. Select from the Command Manager <PROJECT NAME >_BASETEXT (Place).

   

2. Type the Name.
3. Select a text Type.
4. The text floats on the mouse. Place a datapoint on the map to place the text.
5. New text can be typed in or the same text can be placed on the map.
6. Reset to exit the command.
