The Clean Orphans utility is a script that allows the user to eliminate all orphan records from the database. This utility is in the C:\Program Files\Bentley\Communications CONNECT Edition\OpenCommsDesigner\Database\Spatial\Asneeded\ CleanOrphans folder by default.

The CleanOrphans utility should only be used by an administrator with experience in running Oracle SQL routines. The Readme.txt file contains full instructions on using this utility.
