This command locates customers in the extracted area assigned to node devices with either the FTTP command or Customer assignment command in Bentley Fiber.

Locate a Customer and Display the Associated Node

1. From the OpenComms Fiber tab, select the Locate Customer command from the Review/Validate section.

   

2. The Customer List dialog box opens.

   

   Note: The list can be sorted alphabetically or by priority number. The list can be written to a text file for printing or importing by selecting the Output option.
3. Activate the Re-Window check box and enter a Margin value to set up the view displayed when zooming to and locating the address.
4. Highlight the customer to locate and click GO. The node on which the customer is assigned highlights and centers within the view window.
