The Copper Ripple command is used to ripple copper range status or cable ID throughout the connected copper network.

Ripple Cable ID or Copper Range Status

1. From the Modify/Delete section of the Copper Tab select the Connections Ripple command.
2. Select a span containing the copper range needing to be rippled.
3. The Copper Ripple dialog box opens.

   

4. Highlight one of the copper range and double click it to open the Change Copper Pair dialog box:

   

5. Edit the Cable ID and/or Status, check the attribute to ripple and click OK.
6. Click Cancel in the Copper Ripple dialog when finished.
