To Commit Changes to the Parent Version

After all edits are made and posted, the changes can be merged to the parent version by right clicking on the version and selecting Merge to Parent.
If successful, a message will be issued in the Message Center: Successfully committed Version1 to its parent.

Note: Other versions may be available and may be edited in other user sessions.
