If OpenCities Map cannot locate one or more references, upon opening a DGN file or model, a warning appears in the message center. Details for that message list the references that were not found. When the reference dialog is opened, references that are not found are displayed in red. If you don't want to view the message of references not located, set the configuration variable MS_REF_NOMISSINGREPORT to 1.
