Used to define Pick Lists. A Pick
List is a set of values associated with an item type property definition. Pick
lists can have text, numbers and integers as values. For example an item type
for Doors can have a Pick List named
Material associated with its property
definition, Type.
Material pick list can have different values
like Glass, Wood, Steel. A pick list named
Door Number, can have values 5, 12, 20 and so on
and a pick list named
Weight can have values like 25.5, 50.28, 36.6
and so on.
Note: Pick Lists are
supported only in V8 DGN (*.dgn) and DGN Library (*.dgnlib) files.

Pick Lists with
text, number and integer values
In the
Item Types dialog you will now see
Number and
Integer options along with other options in the
Property Definition pane. When you select
Type as
Number in the Property Definition pane, pick
lists with numbers as values will be displayed in the Pick List drop-down menu.
When you select Integer, pick lists with integer values will be displayed in
the Pick List drop-down. When
Text is selected, all pick lists are displayed
in the Pick List drop-down.
When 'Integer' is
selected in Type, Pick List drop-down shows only pick lists with integer
values

You can add values to a pick list here.

Allows you to sort the values alphabetically from A to Z.

Allows you to sort the values alphabetically from Z to A.

Delete
|
Allows you to remove an already created value.

Allows you to search for a value.

Save
|
Allows you to save a newly created pick list to the
file.

Cancel
|
Closes the Pick List Manger dialog. If there are any
unsaved changes then it shows an alert asking you to choose to save the changes
and then close the dialog or close without saving.

Note: To delete a value,
select the value and press <Delete>.
