By default, the Building Design > workflow provides a Modify ribbon tab containing common modification tools.

Building elements, when selected, activate a contextual ribbon tab Modification > Modify Selected replacing the default Modify tab.

Multiple Building elements, when selected, activate the contextual ribbon tab Modification > Modify Selected containing an additional tool Create Assembly which is used to make a repeatable placing assembly of the selected components.
