Used to remove Building components and drawing elements from a graphic group and/or break the graphic group into components.

The tool functions like the Drop from Graphic Group tool, but it includes the active or passive status of Building component.

If an active member is manipulated, all members of the graphic group are manipulated. If a passive member is manipulated, the selected member is manipulated without effecting other graphic group members.
