To Install OpenBuildings Speedikon
- In an Explorer window, double-click the OpenBuildings Speedikon setup executable.

To read the End-User Licensing Agreement (EULA), click the
License Agreement link.
The End-User Licensing Agreement opens in a web browser.

Turn on the
I accept the End User License Agreement check
box if you understand and agree to the License Agreement Terms and Conditions.
Note that agreeing to the license agreement is required in order to install the product. Turning on the check box displays the Install button at the bottom of the wizard.

(Optional) To install LumenRT Designer CONNECT Edition as a
Companion Application, do the following:
- Turn on the Bentley LumenRT CONNECT Edition check box.

(Optional) Click the
Configure button next to the check box.
The Installer Wizard displays the different installation paths for LumenRT components.
- (Optional) Make the desired configuration settings and return to the Installer Wizard main page.
- (Optional) To change the default Application Path, Content Path, or User Document Paths, click the Browse button next to the respective setting; then in the Browse For Folder dialog that opens, select the desired path and click OK.
- Click Next.
- (Optional) Modify the User Name or Company Name in the respective field.
- Click Done.
- (Optional)
To make changes to the default
OpenBuildings Speedikon Configuration:
- Click the Configure button next to OpenBuildings Speedikon CONNECT Edition.

To change the path where
OpenBuildings Speedikon is
installed, click the
Browse button
next to the Application Path field.
In the Browse For Folder dialog that opens, browse to the drive and folder where you want to install OpenBuildings Speedikon, then click OK.
- Click Next.

To change the path of Delivered Configuration, click the
Browse button
next to the Delivered Configuration field.
In the Browse For Folder dialog that opens, browse to the drive and folder where you want to deliver the default Configuration, then click OK. The location of Delivered Configuration should be from the local machine.

To set up Custom Configuration, select the
Custom Configuration (plus Delivered
Configuration) radio button. Then click the
Browse button
next to the Custom Configuration field.
In the Browse For Folder dialog that opens, browse to the drive and folder where your Custom Configuration is located, then click OK. You can select a network location for Custom Configuration.
- Click Next.
- In the Feature list, turn on or off the features, as desired.
- Click Done.
- Click Install

Click
Finish.
A program group is created for this product.

At the first start of
OpenBuildings Speedikon after the
installation a dialog box is presented that needs to be confirmed with
OK. This can be done by the user. The dialog
box appears immediately after clicking the
OpenBuildings Speedikon product icon.
This process links the dataset into the product´s std folder and creates the folder Speedikon in the delivered or custom configuration directory.
