To view ASHRAE 90.1 prescriptive results for the building HVAC systems

  1. Run an ASHRAE 90.1 calculation.

    The calculation settings dialog opens.

  2. Select the HVAC tab .

    HVAC systems are the equipment, distribution systems, and terminals that provide, either collectively or individually, the processes of heating, ventilating, or air conditioning to the project building. For each piece of HVAC system equipment (which draws power), results are listed which are used to determine the minimum power efficiency requirement for it.

  3. Review the minimum power efficiency requirements for all the HVAC equipment in the building. Scroll to the end of the report see the determination of overall compliance of the building HVAC equipment.
  4. Review the minimum power efficiency requirements for all the Centrifugal Chillers in the building. Scroll to the end of the report see the determination of overall compliance of the building centrifugal chillers.
  5. Review the minimum power efficiency requirements for all the Fans in the building. Scroll to the end of the report see the determination of overall compliance of the building fans.
