Structural discipline’s ISM link allows you to export curved members and curved slabs to ISM repositories. Curved members and curved slabs are faceted as polygons, and appear in ISM as polygon curves.

The following illustrates a Structural model containing four curved steel members supporting a round concrete slab. Both the steel members and the concrete slab are constructed with smooth circular curves.

Upon export (using the Create ISM Repository or Update ISM Repository tools), Structural discipline performs the faceting of the curved members and slab. The resulting ISM repository contains the exported curved members and curved concrete slab.
